What are your opening times?

We are open 365 days a year, from 11am to 7pm. However, we can accommodate team building events outside of these hours. Please speak to our team about exclusive bookings.

How do you accommodate people that are scared of heights?

All of our activities are challenge by choice. We highly encourage adventurers to try the activities at a level that they deem comfortable. In the event that they are unable to participate, there are plenty of places where they are able to support their teammates or even act as the all important cheerleader! In all of our team building programs, there are elements which are not physically challenging and are played on the ground.

Are your activities too adventurous/physical for our older/less fit staff members?

We offer numerous activities, and they are suitable for adventurers of all ages and fitness levels. In general, if someone is independent and confident then they can do any of the activities. For someone who needs something a little easier or needs to be supported, we can accommodate them with some notice. If you have any doubts, speak to us and we can make a recommendation based on your needs.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

We will still operate in the rain. Where weather means we are unable to operate, we will issue you vouchers to come back another day. These vouchers have a validity of 3 months. As a general rule, we only close temporarily during an electrical storm.

Can we get a refund if we can’t complete our activities?

Please note that we have a no refund policy. In the event that adventurers are unable to fulfill activity requirements, they can try another activity in the park of a similar value (subject to staff approval). If they are unable to attempt it due to personal reasons, we will allow other adventurers to take their place in the activities.

What sort of clothing/footwear do I need to wear?

Sports attire and trainers are highly recommended (no slippers/flip flops). Skirts and dresses are not recommended. Lockers and bottled water are provided as well.

How long will each activity take?

All team building programs will take at least 2 – 5 hours to complete, depending on your group size and program chosen. We also offer bespoke full day programs and we can include food and beverage options. Please speak to our staff for more information.

How do I confirm my booking?

Contact our team at corporate@megaadventure.com Your booking will be confirmed once you have completed the order form and made a deposit payment of 50%. Please note that we accept payment by cash, cheque, credit card (3% surcharge) and bank transfer. American Express is not an accepted form of payment.

Can you provide us with a food option? If so, what?

We offer various food options in collaboration with our island partners – you can see a list of venues here. Alternatively, speak to us to find out about the menus on offer and how we can customise meals for your program. Please note that halal options are available.

Can we get photos of our event?
Yes! We can capture every emotion of your team’s day from start to finish. Using our skilled photographers who have exclusive access to our aerial activities, we send you all the best images and videos from your day. This allows you to reminisce with your team and keep the memories alive long after your awesome time with Mega Adventure. Where can I redeem the codes for the photos that I purchased?

You can input your codes that are found on your receipt at pictureair.com

What should I do if I've lost the receipt for my photo purchase?

You can email us at info@megaadventure.com and we will help to locate your photo

Is there a difference between buying tickets online or in person?

No bookings or reservations are required, the ticket pricing is the same whether you book online or buy at our counter. Please note that we are open from 11am-7pm every day!

Are there requirements for weight and height?
Yes, the following are the restrictions for each activity:
MegaZip: Minimum height: 90cm when accompanied, 120cm unaccompanied. Weight: 30-140kg
MegaClimb: Minimum height: 120cm Weight: 25kg-120kg
MegaJump: Weight: 30-120kg
MegaWall: Weight: 25-120kg
How long are my tickets/vouchers valid for?

Tickets are valid for 90 days only from the date of purchase! You must bring your confirmation email to obtain your tickets at Mega Adventure Park ticketing counter. Note that your tickets will not be mailed to you.
